GA question

So .............. if you were an attorney in GA would it be legal for you to taking a closing from a signing agency in California? The property is also located in GA. But the person hiring would be in Signing Company in California who would forward the docs from the lender etc to the closer (a GA attorney).

Would the attorney be committing a illegal act by completing the assignment and being paid for this act?

you know what you can name call all you want. My ego can take it. I have to anwser to myself and God in each day that I live. Am I perfect? no, I am not and nor to I claim that I am .......... but at the end of the day when I lay my head, I can sleep because I know who I am and what I have done. There are very few in this industry that will ever say I am mean or nasty. If they do it is because they know they did not follow through when they were suppose to or when they commited to.

But acting like an elementary school brat isn't akin to standing your ground. I'm guessing that tactic doesn't work in a courtroom either, not that you likely have many clients based on your obvious lack of professionalism. Since you seem to have a lot of down time, I'd suggest a Dale Carnegie class. And Jenny Craig (for that large head of course).

My opinion...

is that this man is a lonely, pathetic, miserable curmudgeon with nothing better to do than post nonsensical random thoughts, with the intent to incite willing participants. I, like our Sylvia, refuse to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent.

I further concur with the previous poster that said "those that cannot do, teach".
Frankly, his biography isn't that impressive and he certainly hasn't wooed me with his charming personality since he began posting, so we're left with the logical conclusion: He's a troll, folks.
