Get it Signed- - any info on this company?

I read the link from KKinNoCal where she said she is having trouble getting paid by them. So if you are reading this message (or anyone else with any feedback on this co.) can you tell me if you ever got paid? I was just contracted by them to do a possilble "Countrywide", split signing w/ fax backs for sometime today. Of course the documents are not ready, and thankfully so, I now have time to research them, however, there is not much information coming up under the search. I am thinking of bowing out of this one when they call back . . given what I have read so far. Any input?

still trying to collect on an invoice from October of 07!
they now want me to accept half of the amount they agreed to pay me
imo best to decline their offer!

I got paid after threatening with small claims court- I think she is a snake and I would be careful.
