Can you configure your firewall to allow trusted sites to pass unmolested. I know that in Zone Alarm (which is what I use) I can specify URLs and entire domains to pass. I use a number of title companies (First American, Chicago, Spencer, Lawyers etc) and other companies like Farmers Insurance and their dashboards do not work with firewalls because they are so interactive. I can set them up as trusted domains and never have any problems. Perhaps there is a way to configure your firewall the same way. I don't use "Go Live" much becasue of my atrocious typing but the few times I've been on it was a lot of fun to interact directly.
