Why don't you take a marketing class, then you can learn

how to write your own profile and we won't have to critique your writing style. Then you won't need us to be your editor's any you won't be offended by the critisim.

How do you know a good or bad SS Company to work for.

How do you check out a SS before you do a closing.

Make the orange 'search' button your friend....

You can put in search word, thread # or whatever. Tons of good reading on this site. Good place to educate yourself.

Signing central (top of your screen) also has many signing services and title co.'s listed along with ratings so you can check them out before you do work for them.

Your profile is improved over what you had yesterday. I would word things a bit different, but then everyone here would do it different. I would however suggest you add your military history to it.

I looked at your zip code and there are over 1100 notaries in your area. Wow! How are you going to get picked from the rest of the 50 listed? If you look at the distance you are on the right and then look at the distance the premier members are..... It looks to me that you would be #2 or 3 if you invested the money to be on top (Premier Membership).

My website has gotten us business as well. We get calls from here (best $ spent) and then refer the Title Co or SS to our website and they call back over and over. This is advice you may not get from anyone else but us veterans have to stick together.

I apologize if you were offended by my comment last night, I was hoping to get your attention as others were trying to do. Please slow down in your postings, read it several times prior to sending it....

Things are slow right now in the Signing Agent field. Some of the people here that have been doing this for years and well established are feeling it as well. You being new to it and unknown to the SS's out there will have to market harder than anyone. It will pay off in the future when the market picks back up. When will that be? Anyones guess!
