Holiday Reminder

Monday , January 21 is Martin Luther King Day
Does not count for RTC and Banks are closed.
Traffic should be lighter, but watch out for kids playing outside .

Be careful though...

I think its one of those weird holidays where some banks count it & some don't. If memory serves, I think World Savings (Wachovia) listed it as one of the holidays it counts. Shouldn't matter much though, if it is pre-printed.

It's a FEDERAL holiday ... no choices

Banks and lenders MUST NOT count Monday, Jan. 21st as a day of rescission (assuming the loan qualifies for rescission under Reg Z). All federal holidays and Sundays are never counted as a day of rescission. Period!
