Hows Biz in IN??

I'm considering leaving NY and relocating to Fort Wayne area. How's the signing business out there? Good, Bad, Fair? Can you rely on it as a Full-time gig?

Not sure you can do this full time anymore anywhere. I've been at this full time for years and my resume is out there. Best bet is to do this PT until conditions change. IMHO.

Even though the last couple of months have been better, money in is still less then money out.

Can't say i know how it is in Ft.Wayne but Southern Indiana has slowed. All lowball companies have come out of the woodwork 40 and 50 dollar companies. I have done 1 this week worth anything. NOT GOOD!! Just remember that Indiana is now a title producer state so be prepared to be bored to death for 2 years getting that piece of paper.
