Kensington Title
They called me for a job tonight. I looked up the links about the nonpayment issue. Their contract says that the notary is listed on the hud. Also, the first paragraph of their agreement says in bold letters if I violate the agreement that my fee may be reduced, or a formal complaint or legal action can be taken.
I took this and then looked at the board. I think I will just cancel this. Anyone suggest?

I have never had a problem being paid by Kensington, but once, I waited 60 days and had to call and email. It's really tricky right now with the new trend of imploding title companies.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Have you ever read the mice print on your credit card statement? If you took all that to heart you would never venture out again with Mr & Mrs Visa/Mastercard. Go do your job to the best of your capability and don't look back.
