I haven't worked for them, but I checked them on a different forum. There wasn't one positive thing written. It looks like very slow pay, rude and arrogant people, and slow getting the docs to you. The comments I read were left within the last 6 months so I doubt that they've improved in that amount of time.

Kensington was the title company on an assignment I recently had through a Signing Service - yes docs were late but the contact at Kensington that I spoke with was very nice to me..no attitude problems at all..
Can't comment on payment issues as that's going to be through the signing service.

I have did a few for them and now waiting on funds from the HUD. They are very nice people but the docs come late and most appointment times have to be adjusted to accomidate the docs printing time. They are a FHA only which means to print out 200+ each. But again they are to pay from the HUD and I am looking for a check in mail today for a couple that I have done for them. GOOD LUCK.

Looking back to last yr, I did one on 7/24, met fee and pd., on 8/6. Here also the docs were late and the appt. had to be pushed back.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't have the docs yet, and I've had to reschedule with the borrower, but I guess I'll go ahead and give them a try.

I worked for them in July 2007 and I didnt get paid until October. They claim they sent payment to me within 2 weeks but I never got the check. I had to report them to a collection agency. Irena was the person who I spoke with in Accounting. It was a headache and it was my first time working for them. I will never again.
