Is it Loan-closer.com or Loan-closers.com? If it's Loan-closers.com they offer $40 for Ditech refis with fax-backs.

I used to get work from them but they don't want to pay a fair fee but when they did they were great. You submit a monthly invoice they pay promptly afterward.

Re: PLEASE DON'T USE LOAN-CLOSERS.COM

PLEASE DON'T USE LOAN-CLOSERS.COM out of Mission Viejo, CA. They are trying to take us down. I am a first time writer here.

I just received a call from Loan-Closers.Com today. I am in a small town and often signings are just around the corner. They said they would pay $40 to sign an app and then they would give me the RM to sign, it sounded okay. I was obviously thinking I would charge my usual RM fee of $150.

Then I received three pages of a legal contract that I would need a lawyer to interpret. Plus the signing is at the beginning of the month and I can only invoice on the last day of month and expect to get paid in 30 days.

They sent a schedule of fees with the app for signing at $50 for the loan docs and $40 for a GMAC set of loan docs. (I'm still shaking my head)

Part of the contract says I cannot solicit their customers (I assume title companies) for up to three years or they will sue me.

Another part says they will pull a background check. If they can't trust that the State has already done this, and we prescribe to a Code of Ethics, then they don't deserve our service.

I don't mind signing a routine contract or application to get paid fairly, but this is beyond ridiculous. Let's please work together and not sign for this company.

Thank you

They are low, low-ballers.
