Moncor Mortgage Bank

Has anyone heard of or worked for Moncor Mortgage Bank. I got an email from them assigning me as their mobile notary for Fort Bend County, TX to notarize their "Property Tax Relief" Loans. Their TX Headquarters is located in Addison, TX. Just needed to get some info about this company whether or not if I would have a problem with any payment. I did a search and nothing can up.
