More on gmail

I posted yesterday about gmail and I forgot to say this: if your gmail page won't open (blank page) but the tool bar shows, right above it on the right there is a settings button. If you click on it, it will show if you are still logged in. Click on log out and the Gmail screen will open up. I don't know why it does that sometimes. One fo those quirks I guess.

Even More on GMAIL

I've given up on accessing GMAIL through Internet Explorer. I've given up on pasting special URL lingo in my toolbar. I went ahead and downloaded Mozilla Firefox and GMAIL opens without any problem. Apparently Internet Explorer (via VISTA) and GMAIL aren't the best bedfellows.

I have Mozilla downloaded on my computer as well and there are definitely times where it works better than Explorer. I had not thought about using it when gmail acts up mostly because I rarely have a problem but it sure is good to know this fix. Thanks for sharing.
