Learn to use the search button BEFORE accepting jobs
from new-to-you companies and you could save yourself a ton of grief.

Sylvia?
Hitting the cold, fresh air a little too much tonight, Tony? I'm very happy to be mentioned in the same sentence as my dear friend and teacher, Sylvia, but I'm not her. We DO think a lot alike and we do live in the same proximate vicinity, but.....
Peace, Tony. Hope the family is well.

I received a call from them about 2 weeks ago. Looked them up after I get back to my office. Asked to be paid out on the HUD from all of the bad publicity and payment issues. Response: we are not paid out on the HUD- I cant get you paid out on the HUD. So if you accept an assignment from a company that does have a their payment arrangements in place (getting paid out on the HUD) then how can you expect to receive your payment? You cant- this is why you need to ask and search and make good decisions. I declined the job- too many miles and too much risk that I will not get paid!!!! (does not make sense to me to work for free or work and get paid in 4 mos or work and have to deal with fighting for my money) This is clearly a company that should not be in the middle. A company that can not get their money from HUD is a company that I do not want to work for!!! Be wise- and don’t do it!!!!!

I recently accepted a signing from this company on Saturday and the closing was scheduled for Monday between 6-6:30pm. I tried several times over the weekend and on Monday to confirm with borrower. I then emailed Secure Signings to give status of confirmation and was told at 5:00 that they had assigned the closing for the incorrect day. Not only was this unprofessional but a major INCONVENIENCE seeing that it prevented me from taking another signing at this time slot!

I too have not been paid for an OCt 07 closing despite several letters and telephone calls. Does anyone have the website address for the BBB on this deadbeat company? Thanks. a lesson learned.

Wish I would of got on line to check them out before I did a closing on JAnuary. You call over and over and they do not answer the phone. I am ready to contact the Title company that sends them closings and ask them to contact me directly because these people never pay their closers.

Secure Signings does NOT pay -- Watch out!!!!
Have tried numerous times to contact this company for payment and to date, no luck!! Do not do any signings for this company. My next step is to call the title company they worked with so they won't use them either.
