Anyone had any experience with Now Closings out of Tampa? Nothing on Signing Central.

I know a few out of Tampa but never heard of these guys. Just an opinion - I personally would be wary of anyone starting a SA now in this climate.

I'm with you, Peter.

They are most definitely new. We've seen some of the best and some of the worst come out of that area. Here's the info from the Div. of Corps.
