Not sure what that means....bad traffic, competition between notaries..etc..

He might be referring to Newark being a high crime area. The town has some nice areas as well as its bad areas.

I have been in bad parts of Princeton but that is not sensationalized on the news since Princeton is considered to be such a great area to live in.
