stay patient... it will get better... rates went way down yesterday... all brokers I spoke to were slammed with phone calls...

Sorry to hear that, Mike. I have been slammed since yesterday and have been getting calls for general notary work off my website like mad this month. I haven't been this busy since last July. It's a welcomed change.

I've got a NJ lead, if you are interested. It's a SS, but they say they have been real busy in NJ lately with RMs. They're real easy to work with, the RM closings go very smoothly and the packages only about 100 pages.
