Notaries Express Signing Agency

Why would anyone consider e-docs for less than xxx?, especially on short notice? They wanted to pay less than $xxx for e-docs for an appointment scheduled for 2 hours from now.

Thats right! People must be doing them for nothing these

days. I turned down 2 today, both e- docs. They only wanted to pay $125 and $135 respectively.

Baby sitting a 4 hour deal (after scheduling, printing, filling up with gas, faxing back, hunting a late night drop, etc.) is worth way more than that.

Because some signing services are charging ridiculously low fees to their clients just to get business. I have one that only charges the TC $100 for an edoc signing and they seem surprised that I keep turning down their offer of $75. I keep getting the same response, "but we can only bill $100 for that signing". Cry me a river, it's not my fault you're dumb enough to make such a crappy deal with the title company.

I guess some TC's use the same business model as some SA's, "If you can't sell it, give it away"
