Several phone calls have been received from this company offering discount a rate to take their online training. Does anyone have experience with this company?

Well, the first thing that jumps out at me is the area codes. Sacramento's area code is 916. 949 is Orange County (about 500 miles south of Sacramento) and 480 is Phoenix.
I'm sure they are renting an address from someone at that address. If I go downtown anytime soon, I'll check it out and report back.
