Did a closing in Aug, still haven't got paid. Worst company to work with. Send me my money Tommy!!!!!! I did a job, and I expect to get paid. He did!!!

I got paid after threating to sue them.That worked! These people are deadbeats, don't trust, or believe what they say.

Download a small claims court form and fill it out with a date for a week in the future. Fax it to them with a letter that tells them you will be filing this paperwork if payment is not received by the date listed on the small claims form. Indicate you will keep TC in the loop by also faxing it to the title company the next day if no response is received. SS hate when you embarrass them with the TC, but that tactic is needed sometimes as a last resort.
