Pacific Document Services.....Brentwood CA

I did a search on this company and there are mixed reveiws on them. The most recent post I found was back in December and there was one in signing central from that month too.

If anyone has anything more recent, it would be appreciated.

Paul pays in about 45 days, sometimes 60, but he does pay. I e-mailed him last month about an overdue invoice and he did mail it, but it took 30 days to get to me. It was postmarked early Dec and I received in early Jan. That was not his fault. Snail mail was horrible.

I usually get them in about 45 days or less. I havent had any problems with them. I have done closings for them since April.

I don't answer my phone for them anymore.

They never want to pay above $100 for anything and I'm always told that is all they are getting, and the assignment is always 45 miles one way and edocs. Just not enough money for that kind of time and mileage.

You never will be stiffed by Pacific Document Services, 15 years in business, Lisa, not quite sure what you are talking about, you have performed 2 deals for us and were paid 30 days later on both of them
