Premier Document Solutions, CA unpaid invoice

I am waiting to receive payment from this company from a June, 2007 closing. I am aware that they went belly up shortly after that. In August I received an email from David Alpern and Matt telling me that payment would be made but they had money woes. I agreed to take half the payment however, I didn't get that either. I attempted to send emails to them and they come back undeliverable. Does anyone else have unpaid invoice for Premier Document Signing and can you give me an idea on how to collect. It appears that they fell off the face of the earth. Phones are disconnected too. I contacted the escrow company and I couldn't get a telephone number or an address for David.

I think you can forget about being paid by these guys. I am also owed money from them along with many others. The last news I heard about Matt is he is working for a signing company in Las Vegas. Premier Document Solutions is defunct and anyone who didn't get paid before he closed his doors are out of luck.

I would not hold my breath waiting for payment - they're gone, and this is one invoice you'll have to write off.
