Printer gremlins: HP 2430, dual tray. Edocs from one

particular SS simply refuse to print correctly.

Spacing is - w i d e and many letters are missing: a a a A a.

Docs originate on Dynamic Docs, but emailed ready to print. Occasionally, a set will print just fine.

I usually set preferences to 'print as image' since many scanned docs seem to over-run the paper size.

Any thoughts? Is it some driver thing?

Try and get them from Dynamic Docs site- the ready to print link is, obviously, corrupted. Maybe be a service number to call from Dynamic Docs website. Is Dynamic Docs a download (cant remember) if so uninstall it from you computer and then reinstall it. That may not be the case...if it is ready to print? Good luck!!!!

Thank you. Docs print fine directly from DDox, but the

mystery remains about the corruption. All their other SAs can print the forwarded batch...but me? Nooooo.
