SEC Enterprises LLC & Golden Lending

Anyone ever work for a Scott from SEC Ent.? I need to collect from him.
He called with a job and the confirmation I rec'd came from Andre Wilson, Golden Lending who says he does not know anything about Scott other that the biz name and a phone # which always has full voicemail. Andre is lying as he had to have paid him.
Scott's phone # is in the 916 area code in CA.
If anyone has some info I would really appreciate it.
