Called me yesterday at 4pm for a 7pm closing. Agreed to take the job. They sent a confirmation. Waited for docs..then I called and asked where docs were as it was getting close to time. Emailed me back and said they had been sent. Checked and double checked computer. No docs. Called them back and they told me the case had been cancelled for Fri evening and resch for today and that they had left a message on my cell phone; then when they didnt hear back from me in a reasonable amount of time they re-assigned the case to someone else. Checked cell phone...no messages. I spent 2 hrs sitting here waiting for docs that they apparently had no intention of sending. Never again for this bunch!

Their lowball 50.00 fee was enough for me to just say no! I told them I wouldnt work for a company that held their notaries in such little regard. The paperwork to sign up with them was ridiculous too!

they were a good company a while back. seems so many of these companies lie and totally disregard us agents.

Only co. I have ever demanded that they remove me from their db. Would never work for them again. Rude, obnoxious even when they were paying a decent fee.
