Any more news re: Southeast Equity Title? Previous posts stated they closed their doors -- but still open. They've now stopped answering their phones. Joel Allread is not answering/receiving emails.

Southeast Equity title is closed.... BUT

their contacts have been taken over to ATR, by one of the higher-ups that is staying in the business.

ATR is NOT Southeast Equity Title, but if you ever performed closings for SETitle, you can expect to get calls to close for ATR.

Why would they? Except for a few individuals, which none are principles of either business its a whole new entity.

Then the new entity doesn't mean anything to me... I'm in search of those that owe me the money, and am looking to anyone who might have information on the business or other contact information. Thanks for trying!
