Southeast Equity Title out of business.

Just received an e-mail that Southeast just went out of business after 25 years. I did two signings for ARNS and they will still try to pay anyone owed.
I've worked directly with them (Southeast) for many signings and they paid great. Very sad.

I hope they pay whomever they owe.

They took the $ from the customer for notary fees. So if they don't pay the notary they need to give back any money collected on the HUD, for it's not theirs.

Yeah, they were great $175 without flinching......

Hope you can collect. Luckily I did two for them in Nov. and was paid at disbursement--we are talking about the one in Ohio, right?
