Speaking of paying up.

Secured Lending is looking to pay anyone willing/gullible enough, $50.00, for RM work. They even want to know if you belong to NNA, maybe they'll give you first consideration. I'll see if they accept MY terms, before I send any paperwork. They're out of PA, by the way.

I wouldn't do any work for them for less than $85, but more likely $100+. They are looking for the cheapest worker they can get.

May I ask how you know this. ? And by the way, in this regard. They didn't accept MY terms so I didn't get to send back their app. I feel sooooo bad.

Thank you Diane, it's not that I doubted you, but curious as to how you came about this info.

Not really, Secured Lending LLC, is a subsidiary of ...

Secured Diversified Investment, Ltd. (SDI). Who recently signed a joint venture
agreement with Allpointe Mortgage (Allpointe) through Secured Lending LLC, which handles SDI's mortgage lending services. Allpointe is the mortgage-banking subsidiary of parent company National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS).

I'll admit that $50 for 2 hours (or longer) SUCKS!!!...but with many complaining that they are making nothing we need to be thankful for the signings we are getting whether they are $150 signing or $50 signings!...it's a tough market

Re: 50 bucks for 2 hours or longer @ the table...lol

Time is a commodity, just like gasoline and $50 won't cover my time, vehicle wear & tear, gas, paper, ink, printer wear & tear, patience with an elderly borrower, etc., etc., and so forth. Therefore, I'm not thankful for a $50 offer, I'm insulted by it.

Do don't it.......

If many starting doing these Rev. Mtg for $50 bucks others may follow. The time it takes to get through this signing is just worth more than $50.00 bucks, especially if you print the documents and have TWO(2) borrowers!
