Just took my first job from them as well. It was a reverse and they didn't pay that well for that type of loan. Will see if they pay timely. I did not find anything negative on them.

Just an update with more recent info - I did a job for Title Inc in July 2008 and received payment at 25 days. When I took the job I asked about some 60 day payment reports found here on NotRot - they responded that they do have a specific invoicing policy where you must submit your invoice to [e-mail address]. Invoices sent with the closing docs don't make it to the correct person. They claim that if you follow the correct invoicing procedure, that you will be paid the 15th or 30th of the (following?) month, depending upon when the loan funded. They were true to their word with me.
