Technie help needed. I can't open HUD
It's under a separate attachment. I have Adobe 8. When I try to open Hud it looks like I need to install 8.1 to print. However, it gives other options, to print as a PDF, etc. and I can't get file open. Any help is appreciated. Title won't fax it to me.

Are you sure it's a pdf file?
Rarely I have received them as a different type of file extension.

Re: Are you sure it's a pdf file?
I don't think it is. Title says it is. Decided to email it to borrower. Other docs were pdf so I don't understand why I can't open a separate attachment.

"When I try to open Hud it looks like I need to install 8.1 to print."
Adobe updater was trying to tell you that version 8.1 is available for update as it saw yours is version 8.0. You have the option to update then or later, but should be able to open/print the file either way.

Thank you for all your help. Borrower was sent a copy of the HUD and has it opened. I don't know why I get "error 109" can't read document.

#1...who is your e-mail source?....#2...if you have.....
another e-mail carrier just forward the e-mail w/the hud to your other e-mail source and then try to open it.....i have done that with success in the past......also go to your ie bar and click on tools---then internet options....then delete the temporary internet files and it should [may] work...that has worked for me in the past.....
