Thank god for HELOCs this month

With only 4 refi's on the books for this month, I would hold up a sign saying will notarize for food..lol HELOCs have saved my butt the last 2 months, this month I've done 20 HELOCs so far and this month is turning out better then Sept 07.

Like I said if not for the HELOCs I would be trouble. Plus the timing is great between my wife and I and the newborn. Only needed a babysitter twice this month for an hour each time.

I had a great start to the month- but nothing so far this week and only 3 on the books for next. I need, at least, 10 more for the month to be decent!!!! We will see.

Great for you. I only had 1 so far and it was a rough one.

I hope San Diego will pick up soon or maybe other notaries are taking lowball fees? Who knows? Oh well . . .

Haven't had an HELOC in a long time, mostly FHA loans for me.
