WARNING
Please becareful of fly-by-night companies that are emailing you to signup with them. NEVER EVER give copy of your drivers license, car insurance, copy of seal. Only give copy of commission, E&O insurance, and fill out W-9 with SS$. Check out every company to make sure they are a registered business in their state. Too many people see the potential to get notaries to work and not pay them. The more due diligence you do the better. Just because they have a website does not mean they are legitimate.

Ask for references from experienced notaries that have worked with them if they are not rated on Notary Rotary.
There always seem to be new signing companies springing up every other day. Some may have good intentions.

The Florida company in question here is violating state statutes by conducting business under an unregistered fictitious name. Personally, I would not contract to do business with a company that does not file the proper paper work with the state, does not have an official office and does not even know their state's notary laws with regard to providing a copy of the notarial seal. Not only is it very bad business, but it just smells fishy to me. Why not incorporate and protect your assets? Way TOO many red flags for my taste.
