I closed on for them (Redwing) in Dec. for a Catherine A Wingenroth with Fidelity National Title in Tustin, CA She is listed as an AVP-Branch Manager for Fidelity. Package was shipped to her in Tustin. Last names are not a coincidence in my book. Family affair? Bears checking out if anyone else's is for Fidelity.
