Yet another company going belly up and stiffing everyone

OC Action notary, run by Darrin Bobier, has not paid for a closing I did over a month ago. He has not returned emails and phone messages. Is he going the way of Final Step, Premier Doc. Solutions, we shall see. Stay away from him and this company in the meantime.

I can't comment on what direction this company is going, but there are many that routinely pay at 45 days. If it is *just* over a month, it may be too early to panic yet...

Is Final Step closed??? They owe me $235 for work in August 2007. I emailed them 11-8-07 with no response. I was just going to send a demand letter when I decided to check here for comments on Final Step.

OC Action Notary

I posted here about a month ago that this company might be going belly up and stiffing everyone. They did not, they did pay me. Darrin sent me a check today, 2/20, overnighted it. It was for a closing I did back beginning of December. The timeframe in my opinion wasn't acceptable, and also Darrin has a hard time returning calls or emails. I finally left him a message saying I would sue him and the title company, and he overnighted the check. I wouldn't work for him again, but I wanted to post and let people know that he eventually did come through and pay.
