anyone having problem with axciom background checks?

I have one company (Service Link) out of 50 that says acxiom does not supply enough information that the investigation should be 4 pages and go back 7 years. Well axciom goes back 7 years but its not 4 pages. My wife has a background check form LexisNexis and its 4 pages but seems to have the same information, just spread out. Service Link says it does not conform to GLBA, however, it was recommended by Fiserv lending solutions. I really don't want to pay for a second background check. If axciom is not going to be accepted than this should be a warning to notaries not to use them.

correction

Service Link called and said that they had a special set up with axciom for their background checks and that I need to call them and have them do additional background to bring up to Notary Link requirements.
