Has anyone heard of Navy Federal? just got a call from them with overnight docs. seems like a low baller at first but they met my price.

Navy Fed(eral) is a bank for Military Personnel

Small pakages mostly, in and out in 15 minutes. Pay quickly too.

For military personnell AND government employees and their families. I am not in the military, nor is my husband, and I have 2 accounts with them but at the time I opened the account (some 6 years ago) my daughter worked at the Dept. of Commerce & had her mortgage with them. They will allow you to do business with them if you are related to one of their customers too. They treat their customers well and give really good interest rates for car loans as well as mortgages.
And they will increase your fee but usually like to try and stick to the $50.00 overnight docs.

did a signing just this wednesday. can't bill or invoice until next month per their website. I am hoping to get more work from them they seem reputable but who knows in todays climate.

They are the Lender & always lowball since they stopped going thru SS. It is a quick pkg. & if it's close--probably worth it. I've not been able to get them to compensate for time/distance.

They always pay on time and they meet my fee for distance and travel. I use them for closings close to me as an addition when I am doing another closing in my area. Pays quickly too.

As some one aleady said they are for millitary personal being millitary my self and had been with them other words had a bank account with them. They are very good people to deal with I think.

I do about 10 a month for Navy Federal.... they don't pay the most, but the packages are literally maybe 10 pages? I'd do 100 of them if they had them
