Has anyone had dealings with National Titlenet L.L.C.??? I did a closing for them back in Nov and called them fouor times asking for my check and they said it was in the mail. Still no payment as of 15 Jan 08.

I would start calling the mortgage company to let them know they are not paying their notaries. If more folks would start calling the mortgage companies when these people won't pay, then the mortgage companies will start black balling them. Call the mortgage company with the loan number and see who was the loan officer. Tell them what has happen and ask them if they would place a call to the title company to see why they are not paying. Also, rate them negative on here.

I also handled a signing on November 16, 2007 and as of January 18, 2008 I am still waiting for payment. Their web site would not come up when I tried it recently and the direct phone number has a constant busy signal. These are not good signs! I have mailed invoices and did manage to get a fax through. Next step is to do a certified mailing to see if that gets a response.

I would suggest caution.
