I've worked with them since 2004. You pay them a finders fee and collect the total fee when you meet with the their customer. Some deals are better than others. I don't do single doc/single signer jobs for them because its just not worth it.

I think Becca has it right
They have been around for a while, they do charge a fee for and assignment,and it seems like they used to have a lot of jobs for mobile fingerprinting. I personally never have worked for them but their longevity says something, I don't recall reading anyone with payment problems, in the past, seemed like they always paid to terms, Just not as much as some would like:-) Sorry for the ramble, too much cofee!
