I just want to vent. I know this topic comes up almost every day. I got a call today to do an e-doc purchase for today. Last time I worked with them in March they paid me $125 for e-docs purchase, now they want to pay $75 for same!! Caller (owner) said that they had to reduce their fees. Come on, people, how can you work for such a pittance?

That a bunch of bull the fee lower they just want to make more money in a slow market if you do it ck the HUd you will see they will have 250.00 on it.75 with edoc s is working for free
get the title co ph number with escrow # call them they will tell you what they are paying also if you want you could just get title ph and ask what they pay a=on any escrow...ok good luck
