1 touch closings

I see in February they were trying to clean up their act and that is the last post I found. Anything new on them?

1 TIME FOR ME TOO, I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN, IN FACT, I ONLY GOT $50 OF THE 150 SHE OWED. SHE EXPECTED ME TO FORCE THE CUST TO SIGN.

Beware -- they were friendly enough for the solicitation in April 08, but it's Aug 08 and after four calls to the office, four calls to Vikki's cell phone, and emails -- no replies from anybody -- and no payment.

Consider yourself warned

It's a little too late for me to be reading all these posts -- but if you haven't done the signing yet you'll want to read all the prior posts about this company and they way they treat virtually every notary represented on this site.

Re: Consider yourself warned

I have been very understanding as Tommy has asked many times. I have invoices dated back to May 08. I was getting some calls back and emails back in July but that all has stopped. The invoice total now is $1984.50 and it seems as if they are not going to pay me unless I seek an outside agency to collect or pursue legal action. If anyone has any advice for me, please share it.

Re: Consider yourself warned

So he wasn't paying you, but he kept sweet talking you and telling you what you wanted to hear, so you continued doing signings even though he was past due on what he already owed you? And you let him run up a $2,000 tab with you?

I have no words.

Re: Consider yourself warned

Actually he sent a couple of checks in between and "racking up" as you say, a bill in an attorney state isn't difficult to do. That was a total of 5 closings that they owe for. All fees were agreed upon and now they are saying they didn't get all of their money from their clients. And btw, the last 4 closings all happened within a 2 week time frame in which a check did come for previous closings. And I am no idiot as you seem to presume...there was no sweet talking involved...That is pretty crappy though that just as a lot of other honest people out here are victimized by unfair trade practices in this industry, that people such as yourself turn it around on them and make it their fault. I do hope that this wouldn't happen to you or anyone else by this company or others.
