Acer Computers

Does anyone out there have experience with Acer Computers? I want to update my computer - don't necessarily want to go the Vista route yet and can get a new Acer with Windows XP Pro installed - which would make the data migration from my old XP over. Thanks for the help.

I'm using an Acer Laptop

I've been using my laptop for over a year now and love it. Have not had a problem with it. When I use it at my desk, I have it hooked up to a 24-inch monitor (so I use BOTH monitors). Then if I need to take it with me, I just unplug and go.

Acer Laptop

I have an Acer laptop that is now 4 years old and going strong. Have never had a problem with it.

My brother's second computer was an Acer, and that was in 1990 or thereabouts. (His first was a Zenith Heathkit he built himself.)

He had that Acer for years and years, and even when he bought another, faster computer with a hard drive, he still used the Acer for certain things. Good brand.
