Acknowledge Section

I need a little help from someone out there. I have a special power of attorney for child care form. Down in the bottom of the last page where the acknowledgement section is, there is a line that says" In____________, on the _______day of_________etc. Does anyone know what goes in the blank after In? I have thought of putting the county, state, or person in the blank, but want to be sure. I have not seen this particular form before. I would appreciate any help or feedback on this. Thanks again.

City or County. I usually put Vero Beach, FL for example. n/m

Thanks, that is exactly what I did. It was just strange since the state and county were listed at the beginning.

I'm pretty sure that "In ___________" doesn't refer to the person. But if you were in the person, please post all the salacious details for us!
