Advantage closers LLc

Ok we're having trouble getting paid thru American title Solutions in Ohio and Platinum Closing right. Well I just get a phone call to close a loan by Advantage Closers. The order arrives with American Title Solutions as the Title Company.
Has anyone worked for Advantage Closers and gotten paid on a timely basis?

I have completed two signing for Advantage and was paid in 30 days. That was about 3 mos ago. Hope this helps.

I completed 3 cash transactions in December for them. In Feb are started trying to collect from them - they would not return my phone calls. I contacted the Title Companies to see if they were still in business - The title companies e-mailed Carley and then the nightmare began. They sent me 3 checks - and alot of blaaaah that they changed accounts and all 3 checks bounced. I e-mailed stating I wanted certified funds. By mid March I was paid in full
out of the same account - took the checks to their bank and cashed them. Their was never an apology for their actions and Carley was quite upset with my contacting the Title Companies like this was some how my fault that I wanted paid.

11.28.10: Please Note I have been dunning this client since May 2010. No return calls or emails. While on vacation recently I stopped in at 4174 Grandchamp Circle, Suite #4, Palm Harbor, FL 34686. To my surprise this was in a Residential area and the office was a home. Another surprise my GPS announced "Advantage Closers, LLC" when the address was entered. More surprises.....the individual answering the door informed me this business was closed. I informed her that their were obligations that were not closed and mine was one and I was there to collect my due. If you want your money take a trip to Palm Harbor, FL to collect.
