You'd think paper mills would be suffering greatly from loss of demand in their Title Company sector. But alas Adam Smith seems to have lost his powers of prediction. No fire sales just yet.

I just purchased 15 reams through the FedEx website for $3.55/ream on Monday. Paper was delivered the next day (free shipping included).

I bought FedEx paper before and from my experience the paper is not cut correctly. A lot of pages are not even throughout the ream of paper. Legal size is only $6.49. It helps me out when I am in desparation but not really worth it if all of the pages are not cut evenly! Some are even shorter than 8.5 x 14!

Go to www.discountofficesupplies.com and you can purchase legal size paper for a little over $4 a ream. The letter size is under $4 a ream. They only charge $3.95 shipping and handling; plus you get coupons and discounts on your purchases. I find that when I order early in the day (before 1 pm CST) I will receive my shipment the following day (M-F)!! The website says you will receive your order within 3-4 days but I always get it earlier. Not bad, in my opinion! If you purchase paper at a local office store, you will easily pay $10-$12 per legal size ream.

Look on Quill. Or just call them up or wait for them to call you and tell them to make you a deal. I tell them when they call what I want to pay and order how much I need to get it that cheap. Usually I order about 15 cases of legal and 10 letter then about 2 months later they will call me and ask me if I need anything and we play lets make a deal again. I never pay over about 3-3.30 a ream for legal and around 2.50 for letter
