The only experience I had with them was not good. They called to hire me and when I quoted my fee of $150, they replied they pay $200 because they won't give out their FedEx shipping number. I thought this was odd but, well, okay. When I got back to my computer and looked them up, it turned out they had some really bad reviews and I was told by other signing agents that I should never pay to ship back the package. Well, as it turned out, they never sent a confirmation. I contacted them to tell them to send one and they said they would. They never did, so I took them off of my schedule. No confirmation, no deal. About 40 minutes prior to the time the signing would have been, I receive an emailed package. Since we had no deal, I didn't even open it. They called, I said, we have no deal, you never sent a confirmation. They hounded me for a half an hour...calling and calling and calling. I don't trust new companies that don't follow protocol. And, since they had SUCH bad reviews from fellow NSAs, I wanted nothing to do with them. The next day, out of curiosity, I opened the email just to see what size the package was...and it was 194 pages! This was ONE loan....194 pages! I was glad I didn't accept. And, they didn't even send it until 40 minutes before the signing. Who knows how much FedEx would have charged me to ship it back. $200 was not enough for such a job. If they ever call me (which they won't) I won't even pick up the call.
