Anyone deal with R & R Group in Indiana?

Two months, three invoices and numerous "messages" (since they didn't pick up their phone) and I am still not paid.

I had dealt with them in the past. I did have to bug them for payment one time, but they usually paid pretty steadily.

They have answered my email and promised to pay me soon. Well, I am waiting for payment for a sale closing I did for them on May 2, 2008. They replied in the last email to me that I am next on their list to be paid. I am waiting ...............2 weeks now to get the check.
