Anyone worked with Sterling Settlement?

They are in Doylestown, PA. Nothing in search. I have a signing this week with them, do they pay?

I'd mark my calendar for 90 days or so.

That seems to be the trend line nowadays as so many of the under capitalized SS rely even more on the next job to pay the old bills, if at all. Not to imply that the original named SS is undercapitalized, it's just as I see it to be a spreading problem throughout the industry as fewer loans and refinancings are happening. That puts pressure on the SS to keep their employees compensated and expenses down like the rest of us with less revenue to work with.

Met my fee and said I'd be on the HUD. Just wondering if any of you have closed for them and what your experience has been.
