The FACT in my statement is that they are in the same town which Ive also heard from out of the blue today.. and it MIGHT be going to Genuine.. it might be, it might not be..
My question was If the caller low balled.. a valid question since this is a hot button..

There was no Jump.. it was more Rhetorical in nature and I dont think malicious or anything.

I thought the same thing when I saw the address on the confirmation form emailed to me. I have issue with Safire because I still have not received payment or any response from Safire concerning a closing I performed on 07/08/2011. So I was curious too because I do not want to do any business with Kostantine Safire ever again. He has bad business practices.
