C J Signing Services

This company has the rudest people in the world working for them. I faxed ALL the information they wanted. I call about 2 weeks later asking when do they send out payments. They said within 30 days. I waited till over 45 days and still nothing. I again called the company about this issue, the rep. got very nasty and said that you need to email billing. I politely asked if there is a number that I can call, He got even more irate and said email is the only way and rudely hung up. I email billing, and they said that I NEVER signed for them. I faxed the proof that I did. Then they said either way they don't have a w-9 on me and for me to fax EVERYTHING again. I don't know about anyone else but I don't get the electric, my time, supplies, wear and tear on my fax machine and phone calls for free. So I faxed the SAME information once again and I added $25.00 for faxing the same stuff. The got VERY nasty and said that they are not paying the $25.00 for refaxing. That is my loss not their's. When I know for a fact that they DID in fact receive ALL faxes.
I politely called and asked for a manager low and behold, he was very RUDE. I politely told them NEVER TO CALL ME FOR A SIGNING EVER AGAIN!!!

They owe me for two in May

One on May 6 and one on May 22. When I called on June 24, I realized they are one of the companies that require an invoice. I hadn't faxed my invoices, and I was told that if I faxed them, I would be paid with their regular payments on June 30. My fax machine was acting up, and I didn't get them faxed until July 3. No payment so far, and I plan to call them on Monday.
That's scary behaviour you encountered, usually an early sign that a company is in financial trouble and getting ready to go belly-up. Sure hope not. If that's not the case, then the owner needs to give the employees lessons in courtesy or fire them and get new ones. Bet they don't treat the lenders and title companies so rudely. They need to realize that without us notaries, they wouldn't have a job. It takes all of us working together as a team to keep each of us successful!
