Closing Quest

Anyone who has outstanding invoices with Closing Quest with respect to RESPAS for Ace Mtg Funding, please let me know how many ...I was able to speak to the VP of the Cincinnati Office and he was deeply concerned when I told him about 3 unpaid invoices with CQ and the fact that I know of others with the same problem. His is willing to take it up with their Corporate Office and with CQ but I need all the info I can get. You can post how many or email me directly with names and property addresses if you can to [e-mail address]. Hopefully we will get paid soon.

I did a RESPA on Dec 30 and was paid April 14. When I had called for payment I was told that their policy is 90 days. When I called March 26 for payment they said check had been sent on March 17. They cut the check on March 17 but did not mail it unitl April. I had gone to settlement and been paid for settlement before I was paid for the application. Told them not to call me anymore.

I did one for them in April and another in May. Last time I contacted Ricki she said she was paying feb invoice. (this was at the first of month).

Well, they haven't closed their doors and are obviously still sending checks; i.e., not stiffing totally.

I am glad of that part, but still want my money. They state pays in 45 days but mine has been double now and no communication why. They admit they have my invoices. NEVER AGAIN!!! for them.

Just got paid from Closing Quest today. I finished the job in February. You guessed it. 5 months out.

Yes, one of my colleagues also received a sizeable check for February business. Guess they're trying to do the best they can, but they're not paying interest on the financing provided by their contractees.

Your statement doesn't even justify an excuse --

"the best they can" ... give me a break. Why don't they just set a precedent to pay one time a year?

Thank you for posting this. At least I know now that Ricki was not lying by saying they were paying feb Invoices. I only have 2 more months to wait for 1 and 3 months to wait for the other. Completely wrong!!.
