Closing Quest.com

Warning to all Signing Agents! This company does not pay their notaries. I did a RESPA signing 4/15 and still have not been paid 90+ days later. I drove 90 miles to complete this assignment and it took a total of 5 hours including travel time.

I have done several closings for this company since March, and I still have not been paid for ANY. I have been nice up until now, but feel like I need to be a little more agressive. I believe one bad letter from the Better Business Bureau, or an attorney will be an eye opener. I think my first move will be to talk to the Title company that sends them business. I think after obtaining a buisiness liscense, and going through the expense of keeping a business afloat, one would think twice about their reputation. I believe as a business owner one should uphold higher standards when dealing with the public, especially for those who work for them. I feel it is WRONG for this company to "CHEAT" loyal notaries, who have worked hard spending their time, gas, and money upholding their end of the bargin and in return get this kind of treatment. I have NO sympathy for such SLEEZE BALL outfits such as "CLOSING QUEST." I WARN each and every notary out there NOT to do ANY work for this company. Unless you want to warn others and be another statistic my plea is not to do ANY work for them.
