Doc Size

I recieved e-docs today and the only legal size docs were the Hud Agreement.
Is this normal for some states?

I wish... I have received only one that was all letter size... and they specified that the HUD also be printed on letter size. Shrink to fit.

There is no requirement (except by the lender and/or title company) that documents be printed on legal size paper. Some states are starting to require that recorded documents (deeds, mortgages, POA, etc.) be printed on letter size.

I much prefer, as do my clients, documents on letter size since most households don't have proper storage for legal size documents.

Orange Co, FL has long been letter only on recordable docs.

My last few pkgs. have been letter w/exception of HUD. Finally able to move some of that letter paper...LOL

I did a reverse mortgage signing last week were the title company specified LEGAL SIZE PAPER ONLY ...... including the letter size DOCs in normal size that only used the top 3/4 of the page, and legal size docs reduced in size to print only on the top 3/4 of the page ......

Go figure, it was that way in the PDF file.
